National Centre
INTRODUCTION
Our National Center is located in Budapest, at 2 Dessewffy Street in District IV, next to the Újpest Specialist Clinic.
From Monday to Friday, our volunteer practitioners provide visitors with back, hand, and foot massages. Our National Center also offers posture-improvement exercises and so-called relaxation sessions. The latter provide a wonderful opportunity to slow down, find peace, and experience inner balance.
Our treatments are always and everywhere free of charge!
In addition to the daily treatments, our Center hosts talks and discussion circles every Wednesday evening from 6:30 p.m. These gatherings provide an opportunity for members of our community to share their experiences and thoughts on a wide range of topics in life.
Being able to honestly express our thoughts and feelings, and to listen to one another with genuine, attentive understanding, is an exceptional value in today’s world. At times, we invite guest speakers who, through their professional expertise or life experience, can share inspiring and uplifting thoughts with us. Our Center also often provides a place for our volunteer treatment practitioners to prepare for their work. Here, they learn every detail of our massage technique, which they can then use in other parts of Hungary or even abroad, helping to improve the lives of others. We warmly welcome you to our regularly starting self-awareness courses, which are held insmall groups. Further information can be found here.
From time to time, our Center also serves as a home for dance, arts and crafts, and music sessions.

As a non-profit Foundation we need to create and maintain our financial background to be able to continue our free treatments, to run our self-knowledge courses, and actively promote our cultural and tradition preserving activities.
We welcome all support, donations whether from individuals or companies. In Hungary we welcome respectively the 1% of the personal income tax if you wish to offer it to us!
