Health Care

One of the main objectives of the Foundation is to live in active love, One of the  manifestations of this is the “treatment”. The simple and easy-to-learn treatments provide a pleasant, calming and relaxed feeling. Our aim is to preserve and maintain health.  And even if one is not in the best of health our treatments are still effective and in many cases complete recovery is achievable. However as our treatments are not a substitute for medical assistance, it is important that we co-operate with medical institutions.

Massages: These include refreshing back-, hand- and foot massages. The techniques used are not based on physical strength, but on a light touch, they are instrumental in relaxing muscles and through this pain is released. Not only does this bring about relaxation, but also harmony and refreshment.

Relaxa: Is the generation of a meditative state, which induces a sense of relaxation, and rest – much needed in our fast paced world. Practising Relaxa is a wonderful opportunity to rebalance our bodies which can result in a sense of harmony, calming us and helping us to switch off.

Gentle gymnastic exercises: Is a programme gently raising awareness of our body posture.  It seems so easy to move our bodies until we experience pain.  We think that we are fit and general movement seems effortless until we begin to use our underutilised muscles, then we see how out of balance we actually are. Through our gymnastic practice, a straighter posture, and a lighter and more fluid movement can be achieved.

Massage and energy treatments: are provided on a daily basis in the National Centre of the Foundation in Budapest, Also the Circles around the country offer treatments regularly. Anybody who is interested in experiencing our treatments is welcome to visit us, Those who know, and need our treatments, or those who long to have their bodies recharged, relaxed and feel the love also know that our treatments are always and everywhere free.

Healthdays: we are often invited to health days, corporate events, and village festivals where people who come to us often report tension relief and a sense of relaxation.

Health team: The aim and task of the health team members is to maintain the quality control of the treatments given all over the country. This means that the different treament techniques used, are all regulated through training courses and exams and must be mastered to a high level of proficiency before being put into practice. This is to ensure that people get the same attention and treatment, besides the experience of love, everywhere in the country.

In 2010 all together 11.342 registered refreshing massages were provided by our volunteers all over Hungary. In our National Centre there were 1.175, on several health days 4.224, and in our regional circles and centres 5.368 massages.

You can find the list of places – where we massaged – here.
